How will ALHP Fellows be chosen?

ALHP Fellows are selected based on their recognized academic, leadership, and character traits. Currently, the Alpha Class consists of 24 Felllows, and the Bravo Class is made up of 28 Fellows. The number of Fellows will continue to expand as the program develops.

What will you be asked to do?

If you’re among those willing to take the challenge, we’ll provide a framework of activities that focus on developing the whole person. We’ll call on a host of people who can guide you in enhancing skills to support your growth as the next generation of leaders in business, academics, politics, and the broad spectrum of professional life.

Representative skills include communication, technical excellence, strategic analysis, project management to achieve results, and community involvement.

Our core values include the highest commitment to ethics, integrity, courage, impeccable character, and motivation of others to achieve the extraordinary.
