How will ALHP Fellows be chosen?

For students who have completed at least one year of college, applications are accepted each fall semester for a new class of ALHP Fellows.  ALHP Fellows are selected based on their recognized academic, leadership, and character traits. Thus far, fifty-two ALHP Fellows have graduated from the 3-semester program. There are currently thirty-six active fellows.

What will you be asked to do?

If you’re among those willing to take the challenge, we’ll provide a framework of activities that focus on developing the whole person. We’ll call on a host of people who can guide you in enhancing skills to support your growth as the next generation of leaders in business, academics, politics, and the broad spectrum of professional life.

You’ll be asked to commit your time to the learning and service opportunities the program offers, and to make a personal commitment to these values.
